My Home flavor Menu

Updated: Jun 19, 2022

This is a dish from a Ghanaian Lady who began cooking as the young age of 6 years. I wanted to present how to prepare various local & foreign dishes that are tasty and nutritious for my family. The items in this menu are compiled from years of experience. They are meant to be of great benefit to those with a very busy lifestyle, those who wish to provide wholesome food for themselves and their family. Teachers, caterers, home economists, nutritionists, housewives and the general public. It is great for everyone to have a copy of this handy at home as a reference menu for cooking and good health. Enjoy what you create and have fun while you prepare these meals.
